Payment

· Payments are accepted through PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards).A Flat postage fee of $9.95 applies to all orders sent Australia wide.

Shipping

· Your jewellery will be packaged in an organza pouch and padded mailer.

· All jewellery will be sent ‘recorded delivery’ to ensure their speedy and safe arrival.

· As a signature will be required upon delivery, please ensure that the address you provide us with, is usually attended during working hours.

· International orders are welcomed. Once again, postage will be calculated before you have to confirm your order.All international jewellery orders attract a charge of $20 postage which include delivery confirmation.Postage on all other international orders from my Creative Designs categories will be calculated during the checkout process.International Air mail delivery time is usually 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds and Exchanges

· La Grange Jewellery wants you to be delighted with your purchase!

· If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs) as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please contact me BEFORE making the return.

· Please note that there is NO return on custom orders.

· Should your jewellery become damaged within 3 months of purchase ,we will repair or replace the item, provided the components are intact or can easily be replaced with new similar components. If a damaged item is unable to be repaired or replaced, La Grange Jewellery will issue you with a store credit to the value of the original item.
