Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you are most welcome. Just contact me and I can bring your order to one of the local markets or you can collect it from me at my home in Mango hill. Make sure though that at the time of ordering, you choose  to collect, otherwise postage will be charged at the usual rate.

Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

Yes I do. Just contact me for a quote on the postage.

How do i know that my order has been received?

Once La Grange Jewellery has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to your nominated email address. If at any point you are uncertain about your order, please feel free to contact me.

How will you be sending my order to me?

·         Items are shipped with Australia Post. You can check your postage cost by going to your shopping. A Flat fee postage of $9.95 applies to all national orders.

·         Items will normally be shipped within 1-3 days of payment - you will be contacted if additional time is required.

·         Your jewellery will be packaged in an organza pouch and padded mailer.

·         All jewellery will be sent ‘recorded delivery’ to ensure their speedy and safe arrival.

·         As a signature will be required upon delivery, please ensure that the address you provide us with, is usually attended during working hours.

·         International orders are welcomed. Once again, postage will be calculated before you have to confirm your order.
